Nokia N9 Officially Announced by Nokia

As we posted yesterday regarding Nokia N9's official announcement, on 21st, June 2011, Nokia N9 got officially announced. A MeeGo OS based Smart Phone with endless possibilities which is beautifully simple and just a swipe away. It has got 8MP Carl Zeiss Lens with dual LED support.

Having watched the footage we have to say the Angry Birds game looks to work reasonably well on the Meego packing smartphone, but then Angry Birds seems to work well on whatever platform it comes on. EmuMaster emulates popular consoles. For now NES, GBA, PSX and SNES are supported but there will be more. EmuMaster integrates with the system, e.g. the user can create icon for his emulated disk in home screen. The disk gallery, where all of disks are presented with either screenshots or covers, makes this emulator great looking and easy to use. Games are not included. Please use only your own catridges or CDs.

Widget Canvas 0.2.0






Application to to simulate widgets behavior. There are 5 swipable desktops to fill with available widgets.

The backgrounds available are two: a big one with a parallax effect and a small one covering only one desktop.

Please note this won't add any homescreen, it is just an application which will be visible in Open Applications Screen, even tought it can be hidden and shown after unlocking device.
